Counselling is a temporary and short-term work for a minimum of 5 weekly sessions and homework to learn and unlearn helpful and unhelpful patterns in order to improve one's experience of their life.

Sessions for learning various mental health skills and insights in a group setting.

This is a few weeks of group sessions and homework to learn essential self-work and life skills in order to improve one's experience of their life.​​

RESOURCES

These require a good amount of self-awareness and consistency of effort to be helpful, but are an excellent way to explore your lifestyle and habits in a systematic way.
Unique theories and ideas to explore and better understand mental health and its related aspects. These writings and poems sometimes entail personal anecdotes and stories and are aimed to look at things from a fresh and different perspective.
