Our Vision

We  believe that emotions aren't something to be afraid of. They are in fact the vehicles that allow us to explore and understand the deepest corners of ourselves. Once we learn to master them, they have the power to enhance our lives and bring us ultimate joy and tranquility.

Our aim then becomes to help people achieve such emotional mastery. To help them explore themselves with great objectivity and depth and undo patterns that have been holding them back. To help them become greatly decisive and intentional towards their life. To help them make deliberate choices to actively cultivate the life they want.

Our aim is to take them on a journey to experience and examine their inner world, and find, to their great surprise and pleasure, that it is beautiful and full of adventure. And find that all the answers they ever needed have always been inside them. And find that they are interesting, immensely important, and enough.

Puneet Agrawal
Founder & Psychologist, M.A.

A lawyer turned psychologist, Puneet is passionate about all things mental health. He is an existentialist who believes that each of us has the power to shape our life the way we want. He has a profound sense of love for people and a deep curiosity to get to know them. He believes in prioritizing self-care, happiness and joy.


His preferred approaches to therapy are:

  1. Cognitive – Behavioral ~ learning to regulate emotions and manage stress, anxiety, etc. through managing thoughts and changing habits.

  2. Humanistic / Person Centered ~ learning to love yourself in a supportive and judgement-free environment.
    ​

Using the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, he has developed his signature programme: Self-Improvement Roadmap, a collection of highly structured sessions designed for the purpose of fast-tracking self-exploration, self-correction and personal growth, by becoming greatly more self-aware and intentional towards one's own life.
