I'm Puneet Agrawal and I am the Creator of the Self-Improvement Programme here at The Way Inward.​

I primarily help clients learn how to work through negative-intrusive thoughts, overcome stress, anxiety, and depression and have a more fulfilling relationship both with themselves and other people. Counselling or therapy is always temporary, but the insight and the self-work you learn remains with you for a lifetime. It is quite an investment to into yourself.
