Puneet Agrawal
Founder & Psychologist, M.A.
A lawyer turned psychologist, Puneet is passionate about all things mental health. He is an existentialist who believes that each of us has the power to shape our life the way we want. He has a profound sense of love for people and a deep curiosity to get to know them. He believes in prioritizing self-care, happiness and joy.
His preferred approaches to therapy are:

Cognitive – Behavioral ~ learning to regulate emotions and manage stress, anxiety, etc. through managing thoughts and changing habits.

Humanistic / Person Centered ~ learning to love yourself in a supportive and judgement-free environment.

Using the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, he has developed his signature programme: Self-Improvement Roadmap, a collection of highly structured sessions designed for the purpose of fast-tracking self-exploration, self-correction and personal growth, by becoming greatly more self-aware and intentional towards one's own life.

Monika Mande
Psychologist, M.A.
Monika was always sure that she would pursue a career in Psychology. She enjoys the process of therapy as it gives the clients a chance to improve the quality of their life.
She majorly works from Client Centered and Trauma Informed lenses, and uses REBT, CBT and Behavioral techniques as and when needed. In the last 8 years she has worked in the capacity of a psycho-therapist, lecturer, facilitator, and a supervisor.
She is actively working towards reducing the stigma around and generate awareness about mental health. Her goal is to make mental health services accessible to anyone and everyone who needs it.
