Welcome to The Way Inward Emotional Healthcare.

I am Puneet, a Counselling Psychologist with over 5 years of experience in supporting teens and adults with their mental health needs.
​​
I primarily help individuals learn how to work through negative-intrusive thoughts and emotions, how to overcome stress, anxiety and depression, and how to have a more fulfilling relationship both with themselves and others.
​​
I only engage in short-term, goal-oriented work that can provide life-long benefits to my clients. Therefore, using the principles of various cognitive and humanistic therapies, I have developed Accelerated Therapy – which is a short-term, highly systematized, and collaborative form of therapy lasting only 5 Sessions, and geared to produce 2x Faster Results than conventional therapy approaches.
